Pricing is based on the type of media used, type of work, and the location of where the work is performed, not so much what it is we are blasting, as the process is basically the same. Below you will get an idea of the costs involved and what to expect if you require our services.
Our rate for Soda Blasting, the process of using Sodium Bicarbonate is $320 per hour that includes labour and material. Additional costs would include travel time outside of the Lac Ste. Anne County where we are located and will be coming from. Also extra would be living expense if we are required to travel far enough where we require lodging.
Additional expense would be for material shipping in areas where the media we use is not available and has to be shipped from a depot outside of that area.
Do I need to use Sodium Bicarbonate for my project?
We will inform you on review of what it is you need blasted what is the recommended media for your project and in most cases you probably do not need this media for your project. This media is recommended for surfaces like fibreglass or alumium bodies such as aircrafts, fibreglass bodies, mould or fire damaged buildings.

Do I need to use this Media for my project?
Most or 80% of the projects we do require media other than soda to achieve the proper profile so paint can be applied properly and to ensure it will last over time and for the conditions where and what you will use your equipment for. Too smooth of a medal finish will not help in your paint staying on longer than a few months.
Also the material cost is cheaper and more readily available at most depots in all three provinces we operate in.
